What we collect
- Google account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile picture to create and identify your account. We never receive your Google password.
- Reference images you upload: Stored on our servers. Only you can see and use them, and you can delete them at any time.
- Top-up and usage records: Top-up orders, on-chain transfer details (amount, transaction hash, sending address), account balance, and the duration and cost of each session.
- Camera video: Once you start a session, your camera video is sent in real time to the providers that supply our AI video generation and audio/video delivery, so the swapped video can be generated. We do not store your video.
- Cookies and acquisition: Used for sign-in, language and a first-visit source cookie lasting up to 30 days. Source records contain channel, campaign tags, landing-page path and referrer domain, without full referrer URLs or ad click identifiers. After sign-in, they are linked to your account to measure top-ups and successful sessions. DNT or GPC disables source collection.
How we use this information
- To provide real-time person, outfit, background and style swapping;
- To handle billing and top-ups and to respond to your requests;
- To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the service secure.
Who we share it with
- We do not sell your personal information.
- To provide the generation you request, your camera video and selected image are processed through Vidu (ShengShu Technology) and Alibaba Cloud RTC for generation and real-time delivery. Processing may take place outside your country or region. Review the providers' privacy information and contact us before using the service if you have questions.
- We will disclose information where required by law or by a competent authority acting lawfully.
Support chat and third-party services
The support widget is provided by Panda SCRM and uses browser local storage to recognize visitors. Chat messages, contact details and account information you provide are used to answer questions and handle support requests, including through AI support. Do not send passwords, private keys or complete payment credentials in chat. Google provides sign-in, and TronGrid is used to look up public on-chain transfers.
This website does not initiate camera recordings. Upstream processing and retention are governed by the relevant providers' policies; we do not promise that third parties never retain data. Contact us before starting a session if you need to confirm data processing arrangements.
Retention and deletion
We keep the information above for as long as your account exists (reference images are deleted immediately when you delete them). You can ask us to delete your account and related data using the email address below, except for transaction records we must keep by law.
