The service
CyberXiaoya provides AI-based real-time video editing: it replaces the person in your camera video with the person in a reference image, or changes the outfit, background or style. The service is billed per second of actual use, at the price shown on the page.
Accounts
You sign in with a Google account, and your first sign-in creates your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you discover unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Before using another person's photo as a reference image, you must obtain consent from the person in the photo.
- When you publish or livestream content generated with this service, you must label it as "AI-generated".
- You may not use the service to impersonate others, commit fraud, create pornographic or vulgar content, infringe anyone's portrait rights or privacy, defame others, or for any purpose that violates laws or regulations.
- If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice and your balance will not be refunded. You are solely responsible for any resulting legal liability.
Billing and top-ups
- Top-ups are made in USDT on the TRC-20 network. Please send exactly the amount shown on the page. If you lose funds by using the wrong network, amount or address, we will do our best to help investigate but cannot guarantee recovery.
- Each session is charged for the actual billed seconds after the server confirms it has started. The session ends automatically when your balance runs out.
- Balances cannot be withdrawn. Except as required by law, top-ups are non-refundable.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". If interruptions or video quality problems are caused by networks, third-party providers or force majeure, we will do our best to restore service but are not liable for indirect losses. AI-generated video may not match your expectations.
Changes and termination
We may change the service, prices or these terms and will post updates on this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
