Why is there no camera preview?
Check website permissions
Open the site in desktop Chrome. Use the site settings in the address bar to allow camera access. If your operating system blocks Chrome from using the camera, allow it in system settings, then reopen the page.
Select the right device
Choose your device under Camera. Close meeting or recording software that may be using it, then try again. Start a session only after You (camera) shows a preview.
Check virtual-camera input
For an OBS virtual camera, start the virtual camera in OBS and make sure its source contains a person. If you see a placeholder, fix the OBS scene or select your physical webcam.
The connection fails or output does not appear
Check that the local camera preview works, a reference image is selected and your account has no other active session. Site capacity is shared across up to 5 sessions; try later if it is full.
Live video requires a stable connection. Pause large downloads, try a more reliable network and check whether a proxy or firewall blocks the video service. Before changing networks or reconnecting, end the current session and check its status.
Missing output does not itself mean billing has not started: paid sessions are billed once the server confirms they are live. A failure before confirmation is not billed. After confirmation, click End promptly if necessary and review the settlement. If the issue continues, send support the error text, time, browser and operating-system versions, and session ID if available.
Why is the free trial unavailable?
One free 60-second trial per Google account, subject to capacity and daily availability. A Google sign-in is required. Your workspace shows current eligibility and availability.
- Already claimed: the trial is once per account. Topping up or signing in again does not reset it.
- Trial capacity is full: no trial channel is available right now. Check again later.
- Today's allowance is used up: the daily allowance resets by UTC date, which may differ from your local midnight.
- After a failed connection: wait for the session to end and the server to check its result before reviewing eligibility. Avoid repeated start attempts; your account status determines whether you can retry.
The timer starts after server confirmation. Trial sessions end automatically without charging prepaid funds. Continuing with paid use requires a separate paid start and confirmation.
I sent USDT but my balance has not updated
Check that you used TRC-20 and that the address and exact amount match your order. Each order has a unique decimal suffix. Send the displayed amount; wallet network fees are separate. The minimum top-up is 10 USDT, not the price of one minute.
Wait for on-chain confirmation, then check your balance. For an incorrect amount, expired order or missing credit after confirmation, send support your account email, order ID and transaction hash. Do not send another payment just to hurry the first one. Never share a wallet private key, recovery phrase or login password.
Top-ups are prepaid funds, cannot be withdrawn and are non-refundable unless required by law. See the full top-up and refund rules.
Why did my session end automatically?
- Trial: the trial duration ends without switching to paid use.
- Paid balance: the session ends when funds are insufficient, without negative-balance debt. Starting requires enough for at least 1 min.
- Time limit: paid sessions default to 10 minutes. Set the limit before starting, up to 120 minutes.
- Connection: network or service problems may also end a session. Review status, errors and settlement before restarting.
Only one session per account can run at a time. Click End and check the ended status before leaving; do not rely only on closing the browser tab.
How can I improve unstable or inaccurate output?
Use a clear reference with one person and an unobstructed face. Keep lighting even and the person large enough in frame. Begin with natural, small movements. Select the mode that matches your reference: character, outfit, background or style.
AI regenerates details, so identity differences, clothing changes and flicker can occur. Virtual try-on does not guarantee actual sizing, fabric or fit. This service edits the character and picture; it does not guarantee a face-only replacement that preserves every other pixel.
Can it stream directly or act as a virtual camera?
The website currently displays generated output in the browser. It does not itself publish to streaming platforms or provide a system virtual camera. Check compatibility with support before relying on OBS or a particular platform. Reference illustrations are not verified streaming-integration demos.
